"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC. Today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make a nice veggie platter. So we're back finishing our final touches here and I'm going to put a little bit of ranch cause it's my favorite. You can use whatever you like actually what I'm going to do for this I'll use ranch and for the next one I'll probably use blue cheese. You just put this on like that you are the hit of the party people will probably think you spent a lot of money and we just went to spend a few bucks and made it look nice. You just wrap that up like so and you are ready to go that's it, that closes nice sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. Make sure that snaps in tight and once it does you just pick it up you put it right in your refrigerator and it's ready to go for where ever you have to take it picnics, barbecues', football games I'm there. Come back I'm just going to show you one other quick way to put it on your tray and serve it and storage and stuff like.
