"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC. Today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make a nice veggie platter. I'm just finishing up my yellow pepper here I just wanted to tell everybody to just take your time. You don't have to be perfect with this but you see what the effect is your mess goes right here, you just take it right down and you throw it right down in the garbage so that's a nice thing to have. I just start putting everything on a plate like so and look at the nice colors just from this pepper, look at how that looks. I believe that when food speaks to you with color, flavors and textures it just says something to you. I wanted to point that out before I started making this and look how it easy it is you just keep it on a plate. As you chop more stuff you keep putting it on a plate and then later on we'll come back and make sure we make it real nice and presentable on our platter. Come back it's that easy take this throw it away and when we come back we'll start chopping up our celery."
