"Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, you better get your fire extinguishers because we're making chili diablo. Our rice is done. Everything is done. It's about another 5 minutes. What I like to do with the last 5 minutes is I give it a punch of fresh Parmesan cheese. A punch being a nice heaping handful. Because this is such a big bowl, I'm going to give it another big handful. That will help thicken it up a little bit. I'm also going to squeeze the juice of one fresh lime into this. Lastly, we're going to put a punch of sugar. That's it. Cook it for about another 5-10 minutes. We're going to come and we're going to plate it. Give it a nice stir. This is beautiful chili right here on Expert Village. "
