"Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, you better get your fire extinguishers because we're making chili diablo. We got our peppers cut. I'm just going to take our bacon out. It looks really nice. Remember, this was thick bacon, so make sure it cooks nice. Some of the fat is on it. That's okay. Just remove it and put it on some paper towels just to drain. Leave that on the side. We'll add it later. We have this nice center cut beautiful thick bacon. What we're going to do is just break off little pieces like so. As soon as you add your peppers, you're going to actually add all this beautiful bacon just like so. Break up your bacon to a nice small amount. Add all your bacon to your chili. Also, besides your bacon, we're going to add our 2 little small cans of olives that we have. Sliced olives. Drain them. Make sure you drain them. You don't want that juice. You just want the olives. "
