"Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, you better get your fire extinguishers because we're making chili diablo. We have an assortment of our peppers. How much you're going to use is up to you. These are hot. A lot of these have different flavors also. Sweetness with the hotness, which is nice. All I do is I try to give them just a nice chop like so. That's it. I'm going to chop them all like that. Just nice and small long ways. That's how I'm going to add them to our chili. We're just finishing up our peppers. I used 1 or 2 of each one. The chili peppers, which I like, I used about 3 or 4 of those. That's it. Look at the nice colors. Add these right now to your chili so that they can cook in and give it some flavor. That's a lot of flavor going into that chili. Get your fire engine ready."
