"Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, you better get your fire extinguishers because we're making chili diablo. This is what you want your meat to look like. It's brown. I like that little bit of fat that's in there. It's going to give it a lot of flavor. That's your how you brown meat. Lower your flame again to a very low simmer at this point. Here's where you're going to add your cans. I'm going to add 5 cans; 3 red, 2 black. Don't drain your beans. You want that juice. That juice is beautiful in this. Your bacon is going to be going in this. Add all of your beans to this mixture. Look at this. It's going to be something else. It's chili diablo. We have all of our beans in there using 5 cans. Start to give it a good stir. This is going to be beautiful. Last, you're going to put in your tomatoes, your whole can of tomatoes with the juice. We want the juice. The juice is good. Don't worry. Those tomatoes will cook down and become apart of it all as this cooks. This cooks for about 2 hours on this flame on a very low flame stirring once in a while. While you're keeping an eye on your bacon, you're going to add 2 of these beef bullion cubes right to it. Stir it in. They will dissolve in there and give it some flavor. We're going to go to our peppers now and cut up our peppers. Leave this on a small slow flame. Keep an eye on your bacon and let's go chop up some peppers. "
