"Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, you better get your fire extinguishers because we're making chili diablo. We're back. Utensils. What's great about chili is everything gets prepared right here. It goes into one big bowl, which makes it nice. It simmers for a long time. What we're going to need today is cutting board. Go out and get a simple cutting board. These are nice. I always talk about them because you can pick up your stuff and throw it right into the pot. A good chopping knife, a good pairing knife for taking out the seeds out of our peppers, a bottle opener for your wine if you're going to use wine. That's optional. A can opener for your cans, a grader for your cheese, a spatula to mix everything around, and then just a big pot to put it all in. You're also going to need a small pot too for our rice. Remember, the great thing about making chili is that it's going to slow cook all these flavors. They're going to fuse together. They're just going to erupt. You have good chili, you sit there, and you know it's good. With that said, come back. We're going to start making this chili diablo here on Expert Village."
