"Hi, this is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to learn how to make stuffed peppers. So now we are going to take care of our bell peppers. Notice that they are freshly washed and also notice another thing that they are standing up upright from there. So now we are going to work on our peppers and notice that they are freshly washed and also notice that they are standing up right and the reason is very important I picked out peppers. It took me a while, I picked out peppers that the bottoms can sit up cause we are going to cut the tops of these off and we are going to stuff them so when we present them they are going to have to sit/stand on there own. Because they can not flop over cause all the stuffing would fall out. So just remember that. So what we are going to do now is let's move the green pepper off to the side and very carefully and as straight as possible let's cut the top off. Like so and we can keep this part to cover. So what we are going to do now is we are going to get all of this stuff out so just very carefully with your knife just get in there and cut around. Try to preserve the shell cause remember this is what we are going to use to house the stuffing and we are going to pull this out. See we don't need that we are going to throw that in our waste plate or bowl. We are going to get all of this stuff. I really don't know what this is called it is called gristle but it is probably not called gristle. You know I think other people call it rib in or rib or whatever. But I'm going to call it garbage cause we are not going to use it. So we are going to get that out of there and get the seeds out and I'm just going to run some water through and it would loosen the seeds up and get it out. But this is definitely what we are going to use for our stuffing. So let's move that to the side here and we would move our little cover here and we are going to take the green pepper and do the same thing. Notice how it stands up on it's own that is very important. We are going to carefully cut the top like so. Remember we can use this as a cover when we present it. Then we are going to get rid of the garbage inside that we are not going to use. Take your knife and just cut around and loosen everything up and here is that. There is some seeds and some of the gristle(whatever you want to call it) and get that out of there. There you have this is going to be the housing or the shell or our stuffing."
