"Hi, my name is Karl James. Owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you my gumbo supreme. So let's take a look at the ingredients that we're going to need for this. We're going to use definitely some shrimp, chicken, here we have our sausage as well as our crab, can crab and some oysters at the end if you like. A little chicken broth or you can use seafood broth if you have it or if you don't use either use some water. Seasonings are black pepper, creole seasonings, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, we're going to use a little kosher salt, ole' bay seasoning and onion powder. Then in a little veggie bowl we're going to do our holy trinity which we're going to be the bell peppers, celery and onion. We're also going to add some garlic and some Serrano peppers to heat it up, green onions both tops and bottoms. Then our herb side we are going to use a little parsley, fresh Thyme, fresh rosemary so also we're going to need a little oil and a little flour for our roux. We don't have this out here but we'll have that also, so let's get started."
