"Hi. This is Rich Buccola here in New York City. And today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make Hearty Beef Stew. Alright we're back and I got to tell you, I'm going to be honest. We've been eating it in between. It's been over an hour. We let it cool off and we actually ate. It was delicious. Out of all my comfort foods that I cook, this is my favorite and this came out amazing. It was probably one of the best things I've cooked here so far on Expert Village. As far as cost, like I said, a lot of this stuff you're going to have in you refrigerator, but if you had to go out and get all of this, you could make this big hearty amount. Look how beautiful this is. Make sure you pull out your bay leaf too. The beef literally, I mean just to show you. The beef with a spoon just, look at that, just melts. Listen at Gracie. Gracie knows. See, when Gracie's talking. She knows. But I'm telling you it's that good. It melts. It is so good. My favorite of the comfort foods. Storage. Put it in the Tupperware. Five, ten days it's good. You open up a bottle of wine. You know what's good also with this? You make some noodles, put this on top of a bed of noodles. You can put it on a bed of rice. My mother used to make the dumplings. You know the homemade dumplings and put them in there. Those are great too. I should do that video next. But with that said, I enjoyed cooking for you here everyday on Expert Village. My name is Richard Buccola and on behalf of Expert Village, thank you for watching."
