"This is Katie Bowers with Expert Village and we are working on some ab exercises. Go ahead and lay down on your back. I want to bring your focus and attention too is that you're going to bring the feet up into the ceiling, hands behind your head and then I'm just going to simply elbow to my knee side to side. You can crisscross the ankles if you like. But what I want you to remember to do is breathe. A lot of times people for some reason hold their breaths and I don't know how you can keep going. So make sure you are constantly inhaling on the way down, exhale out when you come up. And then we're going to change it to doubles. One, two, one, two, one, two, one, two. We do this for about fifteen. Fifteen singles, and then about four or about six on each side. So we'll go back to singles. Lift, two. All the way up for fifteen and then your doubles and then you're done."
