"This is Katie Bowers with Expert Village and we are working on abs. What I'm going to do is another combination. We'll be doing a plank hold, frontal plank into a push up, hold it into a side plank, push up, side plank. Trust me, this is going to be, this is going to be a killer so hold on. We're going to begin, we got the back flat, abs tight. You can do this actually on your feet or I'm sorry on your knees or do it on your feet. Either or, this is the modified version. Go ahead and push up down, lift up, hold, side plank. Take it down, lift up, other side, hold, side plank. Your goal is to get to twelve. If you can get to there, you're awesome. Down and lift and lower down. The great thing about this is that it's getting the heart rate up, you're actually going to feel yourself probably breaking a sweat, but on top of that it's turning into cardio because your heart rate is getting up."
