What I'm going to do today is a combination. You're going to lay on your back. First thing we're going to do is get those hands behind the head. One knee is going to come into the chest, we did this earlier with the single leg extension and crossover and we're just going to do both of them at the same time. So this is called a crisscross. You see a lot of it in palates classes. It's a good way to target your obliques, your front section. (I can't even talk while I'm doing this at the same time) Exhaling out and then we're going to pick it up and make it a little bit more rapid. Two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, hold there for eight and relax, bring the feet up to the ceiling and scissor the feet. So we're going to scissor those two. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, going back into the crisscross for eight. Five, six, seven, eight and one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Two, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Are you in pain yet? I am. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Last time. Do this about four or five times. I'm ready for a nap.
