So, now I'm going to show you another set of push ups, but now you're going to incorporate some abdominal work. So you're going to get a little bit of everything in this exercise. So this is just going to be a regular push up. You can do this in any type of push up though, but you're going to add a leg lift. So this is going incorporate your abs, your back, your entire core. You come down, exhale as you lift, down, exhale. Try to get out maybe 5 or 6 on each side just switching legs. Down and exhale. Now, we're going to make it even a little tougher, really get those abs in, a little bit more advanced. You're going to come down with that foot raised, lift, pull the knee in, push it out. Down, exhale, pull the knee in, push it out. And again, you want to try and get out maybe 5 for the first time, try to work yourself up to 10. If you can get out 10 of those, maybe on each leg, perfect.
