"CHRISTOPHER HOWELL: Hi, I'm Chris from Expert Village, and today, I'm going to cover how to prep yourself for going into military, training-wise. Now, when you're doing your training on a Tuesday or Thursday, you're doing the more physical type of training with the push-ups and the sit-ups, it'll kinda help you out figure work more just carrying the weight and everything, the more strength type thing. You'll sit there and you'll stretch out, just the same and then you'll go down, they'll have a PT mat. In most cases, you'll get the PT mat and you roll it out across the ground, it's like a little yoga mat. It kinda keeps you from being dirty 'cause some drill sergeants are nice like that, they just say "Okay, grab your PT mats." You grab them and you take them out there. And when he's in a bad mood, he's going to say, "Without the PT mat." And then in that case, you probably going to get all dirty and so on you something bad. But in most cases, you'll have the PT mat, you roll out your PT mat and you all do it on uniform in the cadence mode or how however you're going to do it. You'll set it up, you'll be from right to left all even, from front to back all even, and you'll have everyone out, just even in cadence, in cordon, everything will be the same--the similar. Left, right on left, right, right, left."
