"CHRISTOPHER HOWELL: Hi. I'm Chris from Expert Village, and today I'm going to cover how to prep yourself for going into military, training-wise. Now, like I said before, if you're on a Monday, Wednesday, or on Friday, and you're doing a run day, basically you go out there early in the morning. You won't eat breakfast or anything but just keep--so you don't have anything in your stomach to really throw back up. But you go out there and they will usually start it off, get you in line and take you out to the field, and you always start off in some type of field, even if you're running or doing anything. But you'll first go to a field every morning, Monday through Friday, not the weekends, but Monday through Friday. You'll go to the field and you'll do some type of stretch. Usually, you do the counts and everything. Left, right, right, left. Like it'll be a cadence type count where everyone will stand together and they'll be uniform, the right directions, the right setting, the right everything, and you'll do, like, the stretches. This is Chris with Expert Village, and we just covered pre-training for the military. Left, right, right, left."
