"CHRISTOPHER HOWELL: Hi. I'm Chris from Expert Village, and today I'm going to cover how to prep yourself for going into military, training-wise. Now let say it's a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, and you're actually in the military now. You kinda skipped the pre-training or you actually went to the pre-training to kind of get yourself in somewhat fit shape. Let's say you're in the military now and you're beginning off. Well, you got to remember, when you start doing your first PT test, first PT is physical training. When you start doing that physical training test, the first one you do, to kind of get a basis of where you are. They're not going to kick you out of the military if you don't do super good and fly off the charts like some people would do. Let say you're like way under average or something--they're not going to discredit you or anything like that. They're just going to see where you are and what you can do to develop yourself to get you to where you need to be to pass the test.
