"CHRISTOPHER HOWELL: Hi. I'm Chris from Expert Village, and today I'm going to cover how to prep yourself for going into military, training-wise. Now, when you're with the AIT, or you're with the National Guard training, with the pre-training, you only usually do that sometimes, in most cases, two days a week, unless you find yourself a workout buddy who's in the military, because the military training itself it usually goes five days a week and then you take the weekends off. ...and left, right and left, right, right, left. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday basically evolve around running--how far you're going to run, the stretching and everything like that--to kind of keep your stamina up and kinda keep you, you know, physically fit. And then two days out of the week will be actually kinda demanding where you do push-ups and sit-ups and jumping jacks and stretching to kind of build up your muscular strength and make sure you'll be able to carry your pack and everything when you go on the ruck marches. Half time speed! Left, right, right, left, now halt. This is Chris with Expert Village, and we just covered pre-training for the military."
