"I'm Kelli on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you some tips and techniques I use on bathing my horse. So now that we have conditioned our horse and we have combed through the tail, we just going to take our finishing brush which is a really nice soft bristle brush. We just going to brush that coat conditioner into her coat. Also to this we would kind of smooth down the coat so it would dry nice and flat. Sometimes when you rinse them, the coat could look a little funky so you don't want it to dry in a weird position. So just kind of brush through her coat, get it laying really nice and flat. Work that conditioner in there and of course, we would go around the opposite side and perform the same thing. We are also going to brush her head a little bit to just to smooth that, and brush off any hair that we may have loosened when we shampoo so it is not laying on her face and making her itchy. So you want to make sure when you are brushing your horse's face, you are using a nice soft brush cause the horse does not really like a stiff brush on there face. So that is how you want to brush your horse's body and face after a bath."
