"This is Dan Wolstenholme on behalf of Expert Village and today we're going to show you how to dust and vacuum your home. In this segment we're going to show you how to vacuum stairs. Now, what some people forget when they vacuum stairs is that it really isn't as much work as it seems to be. So if you do it right and you place the vacuum in the right place it does most of the work for you as you'll see here in just a minute. As you can see I'm going back and forth across the stair and then in front of the stair as well so that it gets deep cleaning down into the edges as well. And you can see how I'm using the technique to go across the stair on the edge because that's where it gets the most wear and tear, it gets matted down. So it's always important to vacuum that up to make it fluff up and look like new again. "
