"On behalf of Expert Village ,I'm Laura Banford. I'm going to show you how to make Greek shrimp with Mediterranean salad. Now I'm going to show you the pieces of equipment that you'll need to make both the Greek shrimp and the Mediterranean salad. You need a nice sturdy saute pan, chef's knife, paring knife, butter knife, cutting board, a wooden cutting board for the vegetables, tongs, whisk to make our dressing for our Mediterranean salad, and a decorative pair of salad utensils to toss the salad. Those are the pieces of equipment that you need to make these dishes. In our next clip, I'll show you the ingredients for our Greek shrimp."
