"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make lasagna. We're going to sprinkle a heaping amount of meat across the whole layer of the tray this is just going to be so good. So just get a nice amount going across your meat, this is going to be a real beautiful lasagna it's going to be 6" high, I hope when I'm done. I'm giving it a lot of layers of meat, cheese, pasta and sauce so you get a nice layer of meat and then just coat it now with some more sauce. Again I'm going to put about a nice amount of sauce right on top of this and that's your first layer. We're going to continue doing that layer until everything is done and until you have no more pasta and when you don't have any more cheese and sauce.
