"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make lasagna. First make sure you always wash your hands I just wanted to let you know. I cook with my hands a lot so always make sure that you are doing that. I have a bowl of beautiful sausage I made about 12 sweet sausage you can go with hot sausage if you like. We prefer the sweet when we're doing our lasagna. I made about 2 pounds of meatballs of course in the making of it's probably about a pound in a half cause people always like to pick and eat them. But here's what you're going to do you're just going to break you meat up like this you're going to take meat out let it cool off. You're going to start breaking all your meatballs like this I'm going to mix the meatball with the sausage. Look how goo that sausage is and how it breaks up this is a way to get the kids involved there. Kids love doing stuff like this and kids love to be part of something and they feel when you put them in part of this they have a good sense of self worth, I guess the word is. So get your kids involved this is a fun way to introduce them in the kitchen and this is going to be our meat mixture. It's a beautiful sausage and meat and cheese lasagna that I'm doing here today. As you pasta is cooking this is just an easy way to use time efficiency and keep everything going. So that you are prepared when the next step comes so you break up all your meat and into nice little pieces, mix it up in the bowl and I'm going to do the same thing. When we come back we're going to drain that pasta and show you how to set it up so that it doesn't stick here on Expert Village."
