"Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make lasagna. Your ingredients for lasagna. Go out and get a box of lasagna. A pound of lasagna is more than enough. I took all the sausage and meatball that I made in this other video on how to make marinara sauce. For your being, you can just get a pound of chop meat. This way it's going to be a lot better with the sausage and meatball mixed. My meatballs I make with veal, beef, and pork, which is a nice blend of flavors for you lasagna, which I'm going to show you how to do later. You're going to need an 8 ounce package of mozzarella. This is a 16 or one-pound thing, because that's how they usually come. I don't think they come in 8. I actually like my lasagna cheesy, so I use 10-13 ounces. It only calls for 8 ounces. I use a little olive oil in my water. You don't want the lasagna to stick, so you have to use a lot of olive oil to keep it from sticking. 2 pounds of Ricotta cheese and some Parmesan cheese and you're ready to make lasagna. Come back. I'm going to show you how easy this is to do. This is one meal when they eat, they're like wow you must have took hours in the kitchen. I'm going to come back and I'm going to show you utensils. We're making lasagna here on Expert Village."
