"Hi, I'm Leah Schaefer from behalf of Expert Village. Today we're going to learn how to make tye egg rolls. So we'll go ahead and add our slurry mixture to the food processor and then we'll go ahead and combine it again. A great thing about some of these dishes in particular is the tye egg rolls is that this can appeal to vegetarians and anyone who eats meat as well. If you wanted to add meat to this you can certainly could. You can add whatever kind of meat you choose. You can throw in a little bit of cooked chicken as long as your serving a vegetarian who is comfortable to eating eggs which is in here then this would be a great snack to serve to them. So let's go ahead and pulse it up (pulsing) and we'll go ahead and scrap the sides again. You'll see that the cornstarch and water mixture has really turned it to more of a paste since we added the cornstarch that was an agent that still bounded together. You still see that it has a really nice color even though we're not going to see this until we're actually biting into it, the green of the cilantro and the yellow of the corn it just gives it a really pretty color. I think cilantro and corn go together really nicely anyway. We'll put the lid back on and this time we'll just go ahead and pulse it on high and really get it to that last step to where it becomes a great filling. (pulsing) That looks great and now were ready to start working the egg roll wrappers."
