"Hi, I'm Leah Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're going to learn how to make tye egg rolls. Now we're going to go ahead and get the shallots ready. We don't have to chop this up really finely since we're going to add it to the food processor. Just go ahead and break off the top there and make it a little easier to peel and we'll take care of that outer layer of skin. The one nice thing about shallots is that they don't have nearly as much skin as an onion and it comes off just a little bit easier. We'll cut each half into quarters and we'll just drop those pieces right in our food processor bowl so that it's ready. If you want to break it up, that sometimes help to make sure it gets distributed evenly. It's going to get chopped up really well in the food processor but it's just nice to give it a head start. That will be just the first layer of flavor and we'll go ahead and add some of the other parts of the food processor."
