Video Transcript

"Hello my name is Hui, on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show several everyday Chinese dishes. First, we would start finely chop the green onion. As you see always keep your hands against the blade and we would put it back to the dish. Then we would Julienne those 3 slices of fresh ginger. Change the direction and start finely chopping the ginger into minced ginger. For the garlic cloves first we would whack the garlic cloves to loosen there skin. Then we would just finely chop them. That is what the ingredients should look like."
