"Hello my name is Hui, on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show several everyday Chinese dishes. The ingredients for the seasonings are bit complicated. First, we would have 1 1/2 tablespoon of Szechuan beef with bean sauce, then we would have 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, then we have 1 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce. 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of Chinese cooking wine. The last ingredient is the Szechauan pepper about 1 teaspoon which can be found in most Asian grocery market."
