Let me show you the ingredients to this congri, I'm going to need bacon, pork reins (pork fat I should say) pork fat with a little bit of meat on it, beans (black beans), onions, green pepper and red pepper, season complete again, olive oil (extra virgin) spices and pepper, cumin and oregano. So those are the ingredients that I'm going to need for this congri, Spanish black rice."
