"Hi my name is Tom and this is for Expert Village.com and this segment we're going to talk about the D chord. This is the third chord we're talking about; we've talked about the G the baseline, C chord and now the D. The D you only need three fingers and I are going to tuck my first finger on this G string, which is the third from the bottom. Then I'm going to tuck the next finger my second finger here will go in on the highest string, the E string. Then this third finger here I'm going to tuck in the middle between these two and it's on the 1 2 3 third fret. Just those three fingers, and when I strum I'm not going to strum all the strings. I'm actually just going to strum the 1 2 3 4, four strings. That's what you should get for your D chord!"
