"Hello, back to blitz, expertvilliage.com. Here to teach you a freeze. So again step one to the swats. Alright, to get the balance of the situation. You are going to go ahead and put your arms on this side, on the right side and basically, just going ahead and start leaning, when you start leaning, when you start leaning you are going to start feeling a lot of tense into your muscles, okay. On the balance part, it?s really easy actually because when I break this down you'll really get the idea. Your going to drop your head again, okay, when you drop your head again, all your weight is now flipped right over, kind of like a seesaw, so basically, you know how a seesaw, you put like a sand bag on top one of the boards and it falls down right away, that's the exact way this is going to feel. So, when you put your head down, your leg is going to go up, and it is going to go over right with the pressure, see that, seesaw, seesaw, so which side have more weight, your head because, why because all the blood is rushing right over. Okay, it doesn't hurt, like the way I'm showing it, sorry about that, but anyways, it's a pretty easy move, so just enjoy it, thank you."
