You have opened up the covered, pull it out a bowl, a box of cereal. You put the cereal in, you put the cereal over there. You pour some milk in it, you take a spoon and eat it. That is the action now if you added a attitude to it. Are you really happy? Is it a wonderful morning? Oh we can not wait until we dive into the bowl of cereal or are you hung over. "I can not wait and this cereal is going to be noisy when I eat it. I can not stand it." A attitude makes a difference. All of sudden you have broken up with your girlfriend. Things are slamming down, it is the same action but it is different because I have this attitude I'm going to eat this cause I'm so mad. That is like I'm depressed, oh no, I would take the bowl down. But where is the cereal how would I ever do it. You have added a attitude to that gesture, to that routine and now you have created a character.
