"My name is Amitavh Bhattacheji. I'm speaking on behalf of Expert Village and I represent my company Abstract Frames and Supplies Private Limited Culcutta, India. I'm going to explain the various ways of hanging the picture frame. This is placed two parts from the bottom, one part from the top. When this is hanging on the wall, the picture frame tends to come in front and this is held back by the wall. Now, as you can see where I'm holding, this is the wall, my lower hand is the wall and the upper hand is the nail where the picture frame is hanging and it is hanging straight. If we were to put it higher, the picture frame would come in front so we put it straight. Some people would like their picture frames to be absolutely straight stuck to the wall in which case we would put the hanging systems on the two sides so that it goes flush with the wall, but normally people leave the little gap between the wall and the frame so that there is some breathing space and air can flow through and not damage the painting because if that frame is stuck to the wall there is no breathing space for the frame and the picture and the other material inside the picture frame. So, it's best to put it at one third of the distance from the top and two thirds distance from the bottom and this is the most satisfactory hanging system. Thank you!"
