"Hello my name is J and I'm talking on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make your pita for the falafel section of the video. Alright open up your pita pockets like this, add a little oil in the inside, open up a bottle of Italian seasoning, sprinkle hat in the inside that is going to give you a nice flavor and the olive oil is going to crisp it up just a little bit. You want to use a little bit of foil cause it would be easy to clean, wrap your pita in that, stick your oven on 350 degrees, stick in there for about 10 minutes and let it get nice and hot. I already have one in there all ready to go. I made about 10 minutes ago. You can see that it has a nice crunchy texture to it and it is ready to go. It should be so hot cause the foil cools down pretty quick it should be good to handle and that is for making your beautiful pitas for your pita pocket falafel."
