"Hi everybody my name is J and I'm talking on behalf of Expert Village and I'm going to show the plating section of my spanakopita video and this is going to be the final section on the video. What I do with my spanakopita when I brought out of the oven you kind of want to watch it because if it get to brown you know you don't want to burn it. Also rolling the way that I did you may want to watch it here every so often cause it could expand and kind of inflate. What I did was cut one section off so I get a perfect square and got the other half down here and I just kind of lifted it up on the edge. For a base as far as garnish I'm going to sprinkle this paprika what you want to do is you want to raise the paprika really really high that way you get a even distribution all over the plate just like that. Get you self your parsley right there and what I do is I just get my yogurt and kind of just go over everything just like that now you got yourself a beautiful plate and like I said this is my receipt. It is not necessarily a receipt you have to use you can substitute anything from the type of filo that I use you can buy your own brand of filo you can make your own filo however you want to do it. You can use all butter rather then all olive oil and butter. You don't have to use yogurt, you don't have to use the paprika for garnish, just make up your own stuff this is mine if you want to do it like this I'm sure it comes out delicious. Like I said watch your spanakopita when it comes out of the oven it is going to be extremely hot you want to let it sit for a while and be careful with it cause you can burn yourself. Btu that is it for my spanakopita enjoy and I hope you guys have some good eats later on in life."
