"63........Hi everybody my name is J and I'm talking on behalf of Expert Village and we are going to move on with spanakopita once we got the spinach mixture and the onion mixture nice and cooled down you are going to add a egg. You want to crack that egg all the way around. I'm only going to add it is just the whites of the egg, you don't want to add the egg yolk and just get that all mixed in there. That acts like a binder this is going to bind everything together. Now I got myself some feta cheese which is fresh chedda fresh feta and the brim and the brim this is totally fresh as you can see it still has the brim in there this is French feta which is a little bit more salter then your regular Greek feta which I like. We are just going to put that in there and I got a lot of piece in there so we are going to grab as many as I can. Kind of just want to break all that up, mix that all together, this is going to be the mixture that is going to go inside of your filo dough and that is it for adding the egg and the feta to your mixture."
