"Hi everybody my name is J and I'm talking on behalf of Expert Village we are going to move on with the spanakopita and we are going to add our onions to our pan. What I did was I turn my pan on about medium heat. Another thing I want to tell is you want to preheat your oven about 375 degrees cause when you are done with everything you want to have that oven nice and hot. So I'm going to do that. Okay now that my pan is nice and hot here I'm going to add just and this is going to be a receipt for individual spanakopita this is not for 10 people or what not this is individual size. Put a little butter in there and mix that with a little bit of olive oil. I' m going to let that melt down, I'm going to add the onions. You want to saute your onion until it becomes translucent and what you want to do is add a little salt in there. You want to saute your onions nice and hot. Once that get all nice and translucent you want to open up your bag of spinach here. With your spinach you want to get 2 hands full with your spinach because this is going to break down when you cook it. What I recommend what you do is get your spinach and tare off the stems because these are going to get in the way when you are trying to eat your spanakopita it is going to get very very nasty. So cut of your ends while your onion is cooking. We want to get your onions a toss there just let them cook up. You want to keep doing this until you get your spinach done. Our onions look good so what I'm going to do I'm going to start adding all my spinach. You just want to cook these spinach for about 2 minutes. What you want to do is stick a little bit more oil on top of your spinach and you are going to let all this cook down and that is if for sauteeing your onions and adding your spinach. "
