"Hello my name is J and I'm talking on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to be making a quick inspire dishes and these dishes are going to be ingredients that you can get at your local grocery. The first ingredient is that we are going to use we are going to use filo. First all we are making spanakopita which is a Greek receipt that includes filo which is a wheat base kind of like a tortilla but they are real then sheets and what you do this is like a wrap. Or you can layer them and make a pie but it is just a real thin wheat base mixture. Next we are going to use onion just chopped onion that I'm going to saute. As a binder we are going to use a egg yolk and we are also going to use little fresh lemon for flavor. We are going to use a little fresh feta cheese, we are going to use some spinach, we are also going to use some doe. As for as seasoning I'm going to use some garlic powder, salt, and fresh ground black pepper and I'm going to use a little extra virgin olive oil mixed with a little butter to saute my onion and spinach and that is all you need to make spanakopita."
