How to Apply Under Eye Brightener for a Blue Eye shadow Makeup Look

"I'm Kelli on behalf of Expert Village. I am going to show you some tips and techniques that you can use create a bold and blue make up look. So we are now going to apply a little bit of under eye brightener to her under eye area. So just a little bit. This is a liquidy substance. It is really nice and light weight. I am just going to diffuse any darkness around the eye area. So we are going to use our concealer brush and we are just going to apply a little bit to the corner and along the lower lash line. That just helps to diffuse any darkness. It will also just brighten and uplift the eye area. Also to I like to do this after I've completed my eye shadow, eyeliner and mascara just in case I had any fall underneath or you know maybe we made a little mistake or anything like that. So that way we can kind of cover it up that way. Also to I don't like to cake to much product underneath the eye area. So if I had put on concealer prior to doing the eyes I needed to touch it up I would have to go back and put more on which could later on in the day led to some creasing and caking. So that is why I like to apply it after I do my eye shadow. So that's how you will want to go about brightening the eyes with an under eye brightener."
