"I am Kelli on behalf of Expert Village. I am going to show you some tips and techniques that you can use to create a bold and blue makeup look. So we are going to finish off her eyes with some black mascara. So if you will look up for me. So we are going to start on her lower lashes and we are just going to apply in a little wiggling motion. Give us a good separation and prevent clumping. Look down. We are going to roll on the top. Start at the base of the lashes and wiggle our way up to get separation and minimize clumping. Again look up. Look down for me. So we are are starting on the top part of the lashes rolling the brush and then wiggling our way up. So that is how you want to go about applying your mascara. "
