"I'm Kelli on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to show you some tips and techniques that you can use to create and blue and bold makeup look. The first thing we are going to do when using our shadow, is start with a really nice light shade of blue shadow on our blending brush. We're going to take just a small amount and blend it all over from lash to brow really lightly. Again, we're just taking a little bit of our blue shadow and we're going to get all over the eye from lash to brow. That's the first step to our bold and blue eye look."
