"Hi, I'm Marti. On behalf of expertvillage.com, I'm going to share with you today how to press a pair of pants. We are going to be pressing a pair of blue jeans using starch. I'm going to turn them inside out so that I can get my pockets taken care of. If you take a look at this pocket, it's kind of wrinkled and bunched up; that is going to show with the pants on and not look very flattering at all. Whenever you iron pants you always want to start from the top and work your way down, so we are going to go over the waistband real quick to make sure it's got a good press on. Bring your pants on your iron as far as they would go inserting the point of the iron to the legs. The reason why it's important to iron all of this so that the pants will lay correctly. If you notice here the zipper fly it's very wrinkled. First thing we are going to do is iron our waistband."
