How to Pick Home Office Color

"Hello! My name is Melissa Schenk and on behalf of Expert Village, today we're going to talk about how to design the home office of your dreams. In this clip, let's talk about the color of a home office of your dreams. It's very important. To me, it's almost one of the most important parts of your actual office. You have to think about it for a moment. You're coming into this room literally everyday or almost everyday and you like the color. You want it to be fabulous, not drab kind of like the color you saw earlier. We decided in this room to opt for a very bright sort of yellow. Almost a mustard tone. It's yellow, but it has a sort of a orangey hues to it as well. Deepening on the light, we have natural light coming in, it looks a little bit more yellow. Right now with the light turned on and the blinds closed, it's picking up still yellow, but it's a little bit on the orange side as well. It's a very warm color. It might not be for you, but I like it for our home office. This is what we decided to color our office. The most important thing to keep in mind is to pick a color that you absolutely love and that you absolutely enjoy working in because you do have to come here pretty much everyday to do some work in that home office."
