"Hi this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village in this video clip we will be attaching our drawer slides. The first thing that we need to do before installing our drawer slides is to put this spacer in. Now what I did is I took an old 2 x 4 and plain it down so that when I place my drawer slide in position it's straight all the way across and it's not angled out or it's not angled in. This is going to help the drawer run a lot smoother, next we need to place our drawer slide where it's going to go and drill a pilot hole. After that we can go ahead and put in our drawer slide, next I'm going to take a level with a magnetic base and attach that to my drawer slide and I'm going to adjust my drawer slide up or down until it's perfectly leveled. And then I'm going to install another screw and I will continue this procedure for the other side also. Our next procedure is to go ahead and place those drawer slides onto our drawers themselves and drill pilot holes. Once our pilot holes are drilled we can go ahead and screw in our drawer slides. Once all of the components for our drawer slides have been installed we can go ahead and test our drawer. "
