"Hi this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village in this video clip we will be attaching our finished top. Before putting on our top we want to make sure that we flush cut and sand all of our sides. You want to make sure that you sand all of your face frame components, in addition you want to flush cut and sand all of the trim on our finish top piece. First thing that we need to do is dry fit our top so we're going ahead and set that on there and see how it looks. I'd say thats pretty good, next we're going to go around and use plenty of glue all away around our edges and in the center of our top. After that we're going to place our top on and you want to measure your over hang to make sure you have the same amount on both sides. Next I'm just going to put a couple a pin nails in just to hold it in place, and then lastly I'm going to set some weight on top of it. And this is going to make sure that there's plenty of pressure that's going to hold that top on until the glue dries. If there's any access glue that squeezes out go ahead and take a damp paper towel and wipe that off. While our tops are drying we're going ahead and get started on making our drawers."
