"Hi this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village in this video clip we will making the trim for our finished top. I went ahead and put my finished to piece on that I previously cut. As you can see we're at the point where we need to start putting that trim around it to make it look like it's one giant board that's sitting on top of our project. If you look real closely you can see it only over hangs a 1/4" thats only cause we're only going to add 3/4" trim on to that, which will give us 1" over hang. The first thing I did was set my table saw to just a little over 3/4, now this is going to give me a oversize piece of trim that I'm going to plain down to 3/4". I need a long piece of trim for the front and then 2 short pieces of trim for the sides, now since I'm building 3 of these at the same time I've cut 3 long ones and 6 short ones."
