"Hi! I'm Ed Reyes of Master Builders here in Tampa, Florida. I am here for Expert Village. I am going to show you how to use the proper use for a plunge router. The first thing you want to do when you use this type of machine is think about safety. We always recommend safety glasses that are flanged on the end to protect your eyes, so always wear safety glasses when you are using this kind of machine. Make sure that all of your plugs are not frayed. Make sure it is in off position before you plug it in, make sure that everything is working properly, that all the pins are good when you plug it in, stay away from the bit and you should be ready to go. Now before you plug this unit in, you want to make sure that your bit is on there tight so we recommend that you use a wrench and make sure that this bit is completely tight and will not come out before you even plug it in. Once you do that, you have your safety glasses on, you make sure that all of your chords and everything are fine, plug it in and you should be ready to go. "
