"Hi my name is Matthew Driggers and we're here at Cigar Castle in Tampa, Florida and on behalf of Expert Village this is how to hand roll cigars smoking tips and techniques. The next thing I want to talk about is cigar etiquette. There are two principles to remember when you're talking about cigar etiquette. The first is respect the smoker, the second is respect the cigar. I already mentioned that in regards to the lighter and the cutter but we want to talk about respecting the smoker first. We've seen in a lot of movies or around town people that smoke cigarettes somebody will offer them a light and light their cigarette for them. That's technically bad etiquette when it comes to cigars. You give them their own, you give them the lighter and let them light it or let them use their own lighter. Do not light someone else's cigar. You see this at a lot of cigar events where they'll have ladies there just taking it and lighting it for you or the reps will do that, that's not good etiquette. I would insist that they let you light your own cigar."
