"Hi, this is Dan still working on a demonstration for expertvillage.com. Now in the occasion that you may find splatters or something along your base when you are moving along there. You are going to want to come back to it with the right color. You are going to want to take a sanding sponge; sand that spot down. Make sure you get it nice and smooth and then you are going to want to go ahead and put some fresh paint over the top of that. That would take care any kind of splatters and drips that you see there. Now if you have more extensive problems that you did not notice before as far as holes, cracks on your base line, or potentially the caulk line along the base line as come up. You are going to want to go ahead before you put anymore paint on that let that paint dry and put some caulk in there or some puddy to fill those nail holes. Otherwise your base would go pretty smoothly and as long as your base is smooth, you have sanded it down, you would have no issues and you would have a high quality product when you sit down to enjoy it at the end of the day."
