"All right, so now that you're comfortable tossing a club back and forth, and you've actually found one which they're a little bit harder to find, now we can start putting our club into a cascade pattern in juggling. And when you're juggling clubs, the easiest pattern to learn in is the cascade pattern. So, and the easiest way to learn how to put it into a pattern is by using two balls like this. So what we're going to do, is we're going to start with a club and a ball in one hand, and we're going to toss our club first. And if you feel like it, you can toss your club last, whichever. Actually, let's start with tossing our club last. It really doesn't matter, whatever you think is best. So we're going to start our pattern, and remember when you toss it, you want to toss it just like this, so that the handle is spinning towards you. Remember, you want to toss it straight up. If it goes in it might hit you in the face, and if it goes out, it might hit someone else in the face. So that's where juggling in that kind of nice area above a bed or near a wall is really important. If you start hitting stuff and people, nothing is good. So here we go. So now you're getting used to tossing the club and tossing several other things in at once. Now, once you start feeling comfortable with this, maybe add in a double spin, like that. Once you're ready then you can start putting two clubs in."
